Eligibility for Returns

Products are eligible for return or replacement under the following conditions:

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products showing signs of physical damage after delivery

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team with your order ID, product details, and images/videos of the issue

  2. Our team will verify the request and approve the return if eligible

  3. Once approved, the product must be packed securely in its original packaging

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Replacement Policy

If a replacement is approved:

Warranty-Based Returns

Products covered under manufacturer warranty should be serviced directly through authorized service centers. We may assist with information but are not responsible for warranty claims.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted and will be treated as a return request, subject to policy terms.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images or video proof. Delayed reporting may result in rejection of the claim.
